Co-FounderMatthew Miller, Principal Consultant, brings 15 years of emergency management experience, having drafted and implemented multiple emergency operations and hazard mitigation plans. He also has real-world emergency response and recovery experience involving tornadoes, flooding, wildfires, evacuations, and other incidents, and has worked directly and extensively with FEMA during disaster recovery operations.

Mark Miller, MPA
Co-FounderMark Miller, The second brother and co-founder of Tri-Miller Solutions, Mark brings a methodical and analytical approach to the challenges he faces. Reserved and detail oriented, Mark learned throughout his career the importance of saying less and listening more, allowing him to ensure that he is on the same page as those he works with. Always observing and thinking of the possible outcomes, Mark tries to recognize potential problems ahead of time and works to mitigate them before they start.
Mark has completed specialized training through the Committee for National Security Systems and has over twelve years of information systems experience. This experience has given Mark wide range of knowledge spanning the IT industry from information system planning and implementation to policy and technical writing. His working across the nonprofit sector either working for or advising schools, nonprofits, and emergency management professionals on matters ranging from desktop support to planning and maintaining the infrastructure of information systems.
Mark also has extensive experience implementing and administering information systems for hospitals and healthcare organizations, obtaining certifications in Epic systems during this time.

Mitchell Miller
Co-FounderThe youngest brother and co-founder of Tri-Miller, Mitch was a quiet and observant young man that excelled in his career. Sadly, his life was tragically cut short in 2024. His desire was to work along side his brothers in using his knowledge and skillset to help improve the lives of others. Though we are no longer able to work along side him physically, we carry his spirit with us every day. Mitch’s quiet and reserved personality allowed him the opportunity to be a very observant and analytical individual who was able to understand and connect with people in ways most cannot. We are honored to keep his memory and dream alive through the founding of Tri-Miller Solutions.
